The Galaxy A12 Nacho has been getting quarterly security updates. Four months after it received the June 2022 security patch, Samsung has released the September 2022 security update to the smartphone. The new update is now rolling out in Russia, and we expect other countries to get the update soon.

The latest software update for the Galaxy 12 Nacho (SM-A127F) comes with firmware version A127FXXU7BVI4. As per Samsung’s documentation, the update improves the privacy and security of the smartphone. The September 2022 security patch fixes over 24 privacy and security vulnerabilities. It might also improve the overall stability of the phone.

If you are a Galaxy A12 Nacho user in Russia, you can download and install the new software on your smartphone by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping Download and install. You can also download the new firmware file from our database and flash it manually. Don’t forget to back up your data before the manual flashing process.
